Alpacapalooza 2014

Alpacapalooza is our first big show of the season! It gives us NW alpaca ranchers an opportunity to measure up the competition and have a lot of fun in the process!
We had a great show and took home some nice ribbons. But the best part of the show is seeing our friends and getting back into the show ring.
Jeff was the Event Chair this year, working with Deanna Skirving as the Halter Superintendent. He worked his tail off, and I was tasked with showing all the alpacas. Thanks to all our friends who helped when we had multiple animals in the same class!
Alpacapalooza has the reputation of being one of the toughest shows. We are thrilled to have taken a color championship with our girl, LondonDairy Double Play who we co-own with our good friends Aleutian Eagle Alpacas.
