GWAS 2015

We have always loved showing at the Great Western Alpaca Show GWAS held in Denver Colorado. This year did not disappoint and we are so proud to have garnered two championships, three first-place ribbons, a second place ribbon, as well as a fourth and sixth place ribbon taking only six animals!
There's nothing more fun than being around your friends and seeing how your breeding program stacks up to the top competition in the US! This was a fantastic weekend and we are riding high! A Level 5 show!
WOW.....Taking the black male championship with our new boy, Carbon Copy (proudly cro-owned with TAG) was incredible, and taking the reserve championship with our light fawn female (proudly co-owned with Aleutian Eagle Alpacas) was astounding!
But the biggest thrill and shock of all was taking first place with our medium fawn male juvenile in a class of 13! At 8 months of age, he was one of the youngest and certainly the smallest animal in a class but the judge raved about his fleece and said " this boy's fleece has got it going on!" We expect Atmos will be outstanding next year! His fleece is deserving of the top of the class!
